Client Disclosure

This Client Disclosure outlines key information relating to custody services provided by Answer Eleven Pte Ltd (“the Company”). It forms an integral part of our service relationship with you. By continuing to use our custody services, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

1. Regulatory Status

Answer Eleven PTE LTD (Liminal) is currently operating as an exempt Digital Payment Token (DPT) custody service provider under the Payment Services Act (PSA) regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Our exemption status means we have not yet been fully licensed under the PSA framework.

2. Protection

When Digital Payment Tokens are held within Answer Eleven Pte Ltd’s custody on your behalf, you will be subject to the protections conferred by the guidelines laid down by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

3. Safe Custody

All Digital Payment Tokens received by Answer Eleven Pte Ltd from clients will be received and securely stored by Answer Eleven Pte Ltd, whereas Answer Eleven Pte Ltd and its group companies will be sole custodian of the private keys. Private keys generation, usage and rotation is as per the Cryptocurrency Security Standards and are spread geographically with group entities to minimize the risk of compromise and collusion.

4. Interest

Answer Eleven Pte Ltd will not provide any form of interest on the Digital Payment Tokens held on your behalf.

5. Client Default

In an event of default or at any time after Answer Eleven Pte Ltd has determined in its absolute discretion, that you have not performed (or Answer Eleven Pte Ltd reasonably believes that you will not be able or willing in the future to perform) any of your obligations to it, Answer Eleven Pte Ltd may immediately suspend or restrict your access to the Custody Service.

6. Reporting to clients

Answer Eleven Pte Ltd will share a statement of the client’s assets secured within its custody services every month. A copy of the statement can also be obtained by the customer by accessing the online account held by Answer Eleven Pte Ltd.

7. Segregation

All customer Digital Payment Tokens will be held independently and separately from other tokens held by Answer Eleven Pte Ltd.

8. Reconciliation

Answer Eleven Pte Ltd will hold daily reconciliations on all Digital Payment Tokens.

9. Risks

You acknowledge that custody of Digital Payment Tokens is subject to certain risks including cyberattacks, technological failure, or insolvency. Although Answer Eleven Pte Ltd takes extensive precautions including cold wallet storage of all assets, there remains a residual risk of loss. Answer Eleven Pte Ltd does not participate in lending, staking, or investment schemes with your tokens.

10. Loss & Liability

In the event of any unauthorized loss of Digital Payment Tokens due to fraud, misconduct or negligence by Answer Eleven Pte Ltd, you may raise a claim by contacting our support team at [email protected] We will investigate the matter in accordance with our internal policies. Answer Eleven’s liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Complaint Resolution

Customers may raise complaints or queries by writing to [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within four weeks.
