This Client Disclosure outlines key information relating to custody services provided by Answer Eleven Pte Ltd (“the Company”). It forms an integral part of our service relationship with you. By continuing to use our custody services, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

1. Regulatory Status
Answer Eleven PTE LTD (Liminal) is currently operating as an exempt Digital Payment Token (DPT) custody service provider under the Payment Services Act (PSA) regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Our exemption status means we have not yet been fully licensed under the PSA framework.

In the event of any unauthorized loss of Digital Payment Tokens due to fraud, misconduct or negligence by Answer Eleven Pte Ltd, you may raise a claim by contacting our support team at [email protected] We will investigate the matter in accordance with our internal policies. Answer Eleven’s liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Complaint Resolution
Customers may raise complaints or queries by writing to [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within four weeks.
