At First Answer Custody FZE, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct. We encourage all staff members to report any potential violations or unethical behavior to ensure prompt and effective investigation and remediation
Reporting Channels:
We provide both open and confidential reporting channels to facilitate the process of addressing concerns. We encourage staff to report any issues in a manner that enables a thorough investigation, which typically means identifying oneself, rather than choosing to report anonymously. This approach ensures the investigation is as transparent and effective as possible.
Confidentiality Assurance:
We understand the importance of confidentiality in whistleblowing. First Answer Custody FZE guarantees that any individual who reports a concern will have their identity protected. Not only will the whistleblower’s name be kept confidential, but any information that could potentially identify the individual (such as details about the situation that are known only to a few) will also be treated with the utmost care. We understand that such information, even when not explicitly identifying a person, can often be traced back to the source, and as such, we take extra precautions to safeguard the identity of the whistleblower.
Anonymous Reporting:
Staff members who wish to remain anonymous when reporting a concern are permitted to do so. However, in cases where the whistleblower opts for anonymity, they must provide sufficient details and evidence regarding the alleged misconduct to enable the company to carry out a thorough and responsible investigation. Without such information, it is generally not possible to proceed with the investigation.
If anonymous reports contain enough information or evidence to warrant a responsible investigation, we will take steps to verify and corroborate the allegations through independent sources. However, please note that First Answer Custody FZE will not make any conclusions regarding the validity of the allegations solely based on anonymous reports. Independent verification and corroboration of the facts are required to substantiate any claims.
Investigation Process:
Upon receiving a report, whether open or confidential, First Answer Custody FZE will conduct a comprehensive and impartial investigation to evaluate the validity of the allegations. The company is committed to ensuring that all reports are handled in a professional and timely rate remedial actions will be taken where necessary.
